After 10 years of service in Ann Arbor as a fine dining destination, Taste will be rebrand into a Saigon social house - a casual Modern vietnamese restaurant and plant based food destination.
this rebranding give us a chance to explore & focus more on Vietnam’s rich heritage while incorporating modern twists and plant-based options that cater to the forward thinking health - conscious diners.

Chef Van deftly combines the flavors of his native Vietnam with French culinary techniques to bring out the best in our sustainably sourced produce and seafood. Our frequently changing menu showcases high-quality seasonal ingredients and preparations. While undoubtedly an artist in his own right, when asked about his job, he’s been known to crack a smile and simply reply “dishwasher."
