Chef Danny Van is delighted to welcome you each week to a special Chef's Tasting menu.
Enjoy a unique Tasting Menu at Taste Kitchen with dishes highlighting local, seasonal ingredients with inspirations from our Chef's Vietnamese upbringing, classic French training and fortitude to bring local ingredients to every dish. A wine pairing, curated by our Sommelier Team, is optionally available to compliment each course and promises to highlight wine and varietals from around the world. A vegetarian or vegan menu is available, by request, and many dietary restrictions can also be accommodated with prior notice.
Seatings are currently offered on select Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 6:00 pm or 8:00 pm.
A $50 deposit per person is required to secure your reservation which will be applied to your final bill.
5-Course Tasting Menu - $115 per Person
5-Course Vegetarian Tasting Menu - $90 per Person
7-Course Tasting Menu - $130 per Person
6% Sales tax not included
20% gratuity will be applied to all bills.
Please be sure to book your reservation as
“Chef’s Tasting Menu”
Bookings made as a Dinner Reservation unfortunately cannot be accommodated as a Tasting Menu as Chef Danny will be ordering and preparing each evening based on your booking.
Cancellations or changes to your party size must be made with greater than 72 hours notice prior to your reservation. Cancellations following that will forfeit your deposit.
