After 10 years of service in Ann Arbor as a fine dining Resturant, Taste now will rebrand In to Saigon Social House - a casual modern Vietnamese cuisine and Plant based food destination. This rebranding give us a chance to be more focus on Vietnam’s rich heritage while incorporating modern twists and plant-based options that cater to health-conscious diners. We will keep Red Lotus stay open for lunch and dinner during the transition period, with some Saigon’s signature dishes on Red lotus menu. We are sad to see Taste final day is here but we also excite for the next chapter !

For larger groups, we encourage you to consider two options: a chef's tasting menu and catering.
Planning a tasting menu allows your group to settle in, relax, and enjoy the Taste Kitchen experience without having to take the time to peruse the menu as a group. It can also allow us to take your reservation at times when we would be otherwise unable to accommodate a larger reservation. If you would like to plan a tasting menu for a group of any size, please call at least one day in advance so that we can accommodate you.
Catering from Taste Kitchen is always a tailor-made affair. Our team of chefs and beverage experts will take into account not only the options currently offered on our menu, but also a bevy of other locally-sourced produce, world-class spirits, and fresh seafood for your event.
